Just ordered neem was about to wipe these out they randomly appeared in my pots scared the hell out of me lmao only been running organic living soil for about a year now 3rd run with the same soil I assume these decided to navigate to my pots to get out of the chilly fall weather haha

All bugs (good and bad)....poop and lay eggs...and die. So while those beneficial insects are eating all the pests, they are also pooping and egging and living out their entire lives all over your plants. Is there a benefit to smoking beneficial bug poop? I'm not sure if I'm aware of any studies on that.
In terms of plant health and natural "organic" remedies...yes, the pests get eaten and the plants don't die. Maybe it's possible to keep them "under control". Even if you wash your buds before hanging them to dry, are you certain that you're getting ALL the "junk" off the flowers?

Who cares if you smoke a little shit. You eat shit and bugs everyday.
I got some amblyseius cucumeris online... the fucke the shit out of those thrips. but they had some flour mites (Acarus Siro) to feed on during the transport. I recognised them happily thriving in my used decaying soil. I never experienced any issues due to them. any of you guys know any details about them like benefits or disatvantages?

Eating some bugs and poop has been compensated for by the human digestive tract. Smoking bug poop and eggs is another thing.
I find that a much better policy is to practice clean habits in order to prevent (or lower) the chances of pests from the start. Many times, when people post pictures of their grows, there is a dog or a cat in the room....or there is a lot of filth around the area...shoes, etc. that are all potential vectors for pests.
I think it would be better to clean up the grow area before any plants enter into it. Don't wear street shoes in the grow area.....No animals...etc. Predatory mites, ladybugs and any other beneficial insects aren't going to clean up after themselves. They'll just give the plants a better chance of surviving an attack from a pest that might otherwise kill it. But the plants will be the battlefield and there will be dead bodies. Also, these bugs don't limit themselves to just crawling on your plants. They will also crawl into your lights and die. They will get sucked into your fan motors and die.
I would never advise anyone to use beneficial insects for an indoor grow.

these higher life forms are not only eating other bugs or bugs eating fungi and shit is not only them eating fungi and algae its the natural nutrient cycle. their poop is dense available nutrient nuggets for plants.
if you are organic you should be worried about bacteria and fungi much more than these creatures because these guys 99.9% of time hang around the soil and dont even go up into the plants.
