The obvious answer would have to be "not in any of the G8 countries" cn
To my knowledge, there are currently ZERO countries where cannabis is legal. There are a handful that have decriminalized cannabis, but it's still not totally legal anywhere.![]()
Ummm, negative. No country is cannabis totally legal. If it were legal somewhere, that's where I would be living. Decrim, but not legal. Sorry.there are quite a few countries where it is legal.
...i do live in the northeastern U.S....

OOooooooooh, isn't this fun? In case you hadn't heard, the NE has taken over the federal govt. They don't give a shit about the rest of the country though, so they just made it federally legal there.had no idea that NE legalized federally.

Maybe my reading comprehension isn't what it used to be, but I read through EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE and there wasn't a single country where cannabis is fully legal. Ummmm.........YOU sir, are wrong.

Come closest, but not totally legal..........or am I misreading something?Per Wikipedia, Peru and Nepal come closest.

No, it's not! Decriminalized is decriminalized............legal is legal. BIG difference. If something is legal, that means you can consume it or utilize it in any way you see fit. Decriminalized means you can consume or utilize but only if you are following the rules, ie. growing not more than 5 plants, etc. These are oversimplifications, but you get the idea.what if you live in 1 country but but grow in another?
plus, what's the difference between "decriminalized" and "legal"? if it is decriminalized to have 5 plants or possess so many grams then isn't that basically legal? i understand the cops can take it from you but their not coming to you house and breaking in the doors for 5 plants.
theres a big diffrence u cant tax something thats decriminizedwhat if you live in 1 country but but grow in another?
