What are the laws regarding SALE of cannabis in Argentina??????? If you can't legally sell it, and the amount you can have are very small, then it's not really legal. How can it be? If you can't "legally" obtain a certain "product", then how is it really legal?you are 100% correct on this matter. all i am saying though is that i don't think most of us really believe or are even trying to go and grow 3000 plants on a farm somewhere. if it becomes legal in the U.S. there are still going to be restrictions on the amounts and the age at which you can use them. cigarettes are legal in the U.S. i can legally go and buy a pack whenever i want. the u.s. government taxes them. so what you are saying is that cigarettes are just decriminalized but the laws are still in place. if the laws are still in place then how does the government tax and item recognized as illegal?
i also copied a post from wikipedia and i am speaking from experience. in argentina it is legal (no laws against it, can't be fined or detained) to possess small amounts for personal use as well as grow a certain number of plants in your home for personal use. to me that is LEGAL. if that were the case in the u.s. then there would be no need for commercial growers and there would be a hydro store on every corner. no one would need more than 2-4 plants. after a while everyone that smoked would have a few plants going. isn't that what we are ALL hoping for.
