From seeds in rockwool to soil, is there a nutrient that I can add specifically to get the roots going as fast as possible?

Look for a nutrient that has vitamin B1 in it; some brands are thrive alive, superthrive, those the only kind i know of. I get mine from a general gardening store.

I use just water and superthrive make sure the ph is not to high i think this has a abit to scorch the leaves.I always start my plants of in 2ince cubes in the propagator even seeds the same treatment i soak my cubes for about 10 mins before squeeze out most of the water so there not dripping wet then i spray the lid not the cubes at least for a while till i know rooting gel has done its job just spray cubes with water with superthrive in if they get dry.
