Another guy who just got around to his first attempt.. this was his 'lower grade' trim as just a test run.. he is running the high grade stuff today.. standard sift, no carding, no cleaning, hand pressed in parchment.. good lord..




Not bad for a couple of minutes i'd say.. Cheers all.

this thread took a while to get through. Well worth the read. I I have followed you on ig for about a year now and have been waiting to order but next month is that time. Cuban grower deff has some fyaaaaa hash pumping out up here in WA. I can grab his stuff at a collective he just put out. I found this thread looking for the refining tek for that 99.9 and I think I'll be able to get it close.. I've been waiting to get into this for a solid year now and I'm excited. Keep doing what you do my brother. Expect my order end of this month. @gmtinofgr

Thanks man, appreciate the words.. I know Cuban for sure, but he blocked me haha. Yes, he made 99.9% with my kit and quite easily I might add. His original sift came out 96%+ as he stated, but he was on my old setup, so i'm sure at least 1 or 2% were part of that.. I had offered him to send him a new set free but he started talking shit and well, we know how IG goes lol.. Anyways..

If you are referring to 'his' tek, he doesn't share. But I can tell you I know he's using 300lpi+ (lol) and working in freezing temps with fresh trim, then using sublimation, ala' how riverrock used to/still does their hash. He's also probably using the static tek that URAMAG gave up on ICM last year, so if you've seen that trick on anyone elses vids, they are just showing his method that he originally demonstrated. That can be done on any 200lpi or so mesh, which my 3rd screen is.

You can def. achieve the quality you are after, and it might not even take you working in freezing temps or doing anything special, as i've shown plenty of times before. This was another guy who randomly picked up a kit at the local smoke shop, @mightyquinnglass and decided to give it a whirl, I had no clue of him grabbing it til he found me on IG.. his first tries.. 10 second sift, no carding or cleaning at all..

Thanks for that 3rd. Screen ur great DWS and I very happy with the set u sent me. Now I have 1st bounce, tap, and with the 3rd. Screen the parchment teck. thanks now I know what 99% is like and it has never been so easy and sweet.

thanks you guys i learned quite a bit about dry sift reading through this thread
always good to know various methods to get amazing hash :)

i knew much more about making bubble hash but now I'm convinced to get some screens to try this out with!
I'll post results soon as i get them and have trim to play with

I think the secret tech they are using is a dvd wrapped in parchment paper and glided across the dry sift. The stuff that sticks to the paper is contaminate and is remove by brushing it off with a brush. Johnny B on youtube does this quite a bit. I personally don't mind if it a few percent pistillate hairs n such because there may be medicinal value in that part. At the same time, who wouldn't prefer 99.9% heads. Cheers and happy growing.

Well since everyone seems to be over sift.. lol.. some new pictures of UNCLEANED.. straight up #10SecondSift .. cuz why not lol. Cheers! Personal Lux most see anywhere from about 5-15% depending how many times you run it and how rough you are with it..
All of these were just a quick sift though.. the method was designed to go after QUALITY FIRST.. if you wish to be a bit more rough with it, and give up a % or 2, you certainly can, and then clean it back out.. but most people are into cleaning the least amount possible.. and in some cases (lots really) you don't even need to clean it. Sure, if you are going to enter a competition you might wanna clean it up a bit.. but for everyday use.. to be able to bang out some of this in 10 seconds? No brainer. I had someone over in the UK get 1.6g off of 14g of good sugar trim and popcorns.. and it was 97% clean in seconds.. shrug.

I'm sure you watch or have watched hash church . Cuban explained his tech in ep 65 and ep 73. You probably posted this just before those eps. I don't want to get into your guys rivalry.

I've never watched any of those nonsense videos.. it doesn't matter. He flat out admitted many times 99% and up on my old kit, then magically changed his mind once he started getting popular.. then he started lying.. it's a joke.

His 'method' literally got him less than 1% cleaner on his own admission. That is the epitome of being a fucking clownshoe liar.

Why don't people just put the sift in water and the debris would float and get poured off? Is water a negative thing with hash? You gotta wash stuff to get it clean, right? Just have to make sure the pH of the water isn't above 7 or THCA would get dissolved out as a salt. But with a touch of citric acid or whatever, you'd be good. Incidentally, making bubble hash with high pH tap water would be a bad idea, for that very reason, unless you adjusted it with acid first.

Haha, look what I just found on bubblebag.com where they give the instructions;

"10.Adding some nice cold water from the tap helps in keeping the ice from melting all at once."

I wonder how much THCA has been poured down the drain that way. Intact heads may survive the alkaline water, but considering the mixing around of plant material, lots of glands would get cracked open and their contents exposed. Granted, not that much alkali in there but still some, maybe 200 mg per liter in many regions. Say you put 5 gallons in there, that's about 20 liters, so 20 x 200 mg is 4 grams, and the alkali is probably around 1 ninth the molecular weight of THCA (calcium carbonate is 100, THCA is 360, so it could dissolve 3.6 times its weight. You just washed out 14 g of THCA, potentially. I'm sure most people would use RO water though. Still probably good to add a little acid to be safe.

I got banned from the hash church group yesterday after I called todd mccormick out for being a liar and a sell out and pushing an agenda. He's pushing for Auma to pass so hard. I disproved everything he was saying with the actual text from the initaitive. Then he called me a racist and a liar and kept trying twist my words. I just kept calling him a piece of shit and a liar. Then I got banned




one of the other admins said they hate hash church now too. @heavyicerx . He's cool people.
