A question about a certain female plant

Hello everyone. First time posting here. I have been growing weed as a hobby for the past year. I use the sun's light to grow and my plants are all located in my window sill facing south (so they get light from sunrise to sundown)

I recently acquired this seed:

http://www.seedsman.com/en/dr-seedsman-feminised-freebie

http://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/The_Doctor/Green_House_Seeds/

The second page claims the plant is supposed to be ready near the end of september, and also that flowering takes 8 weeks. So I counted 8 weeks backwards from the last day of september, and that was yesterday. The plant has been vegetating for about a month and a half, and I still see no signs of flowering. No pistils, no smell, nothing. I am located in the middle east (north of egypt) and apparently my country is considered to be in the northern hemisphere, or eastern hemisphere depending on how you look at it.

I know it is not exact science and the plants can take longer/shorter. Should I do anything? I cannot wait till march for this plant to start flowering.
