A question about soil (and perlite)

After researching the different types of soil, I have decided to get everything I need from FoxFarm, including nutrients. I plan on starting my plants on the "Light Warrior Seed Starter" which is an obvious choice for seedlings. My question is what would be the best soil to use after they pass the seedling stage? FoxFarm has a few different options, but I'm not sure which has the best combination of additives like earthworm castings, guano, etc. Here is a link to the different types they offer:

Another quick question, what is the best ratio of perlite that you want to add to your soil? Would a 3:1 ratio be enough?
(3 parts soil, 1 part perlite)?

Here is a list of ingredients for the two soils I am trying to decide on:

HAPPY FROG:It’s pH-balanced with premium organic ingredients like feather meal, fish meal, bat guano, and naturally occurring micronutrients formed when organic matter decomposes.

OCEAN FOREST:Ocean Forest® is a powerhouse blend of premium earthworm castings, bat guano, and sea-going fish and crab meal.
