Ok so it isn’t hydro Perse. As my mix is perlite coco and ewc, and watering like normal with teas and lab and the rest , my question is I’ve read that coco needs to be watered with some sorta calmag/Epsom salts to avoid mg def , the question I have is do I need to water add Epsom salts to every water I do ? Or do I only need to do it on initial expanding of coco and every now and then ?

Feed less at a time but more often. I had deficiencies explained to me like a person eating, you don't eat one huge meal a month. The reason that you need cal/mag is because coco coir has a lot of K and all three make up your "base saturation ratio". If they are not in balance, then you will have lock-out issues. I was using pure peat, but I now blend peat/coco. BTW, are you using coir that has been washed to get rid of the salt?

beside the high K it "suck" some of your magnesium and calcium due to its nature, you can read up everywhere and it is true.
Edit:
Mg and Ca have both a doubble negative ion charge, and coco coir like that a lot.

Sesefull is also a precharge of the coco.
The organic guys use lime as with soil and epsom salt.
Lime isnt readily avaiable, need some microbe life, epsom salt is readily avaiable.

Ok so the coco coir I used I have soaked in Epsom salt water to rehydrate , the mix I made is coco coir, perlite , ewc and volcanic rock dust then so far I’ve just been water with worm leach ,plain water , aact and lab

What I mean by the salt is that the cheap coir will not be rinsed and it will have a lot of sodium(Na) and it's not the same kind of salt as Epsom salt. Cannabis needs 2x the amount of K compared to other plants, so coir is not a bad idea. My problem was that I didn't know about the cheap coir having salt and I could never figure out why my EWC was never working right. I was using EWC as a topdressing and everything would go to shit afterwards. I didn't know what was going on until I started getting my soil tested.

Another thing about the epsom salt, I would use a lot less of it during flower because it will lock up your K. I've been down that road too with oyster shell flour. Ca, Mg, K, and Na are your base saturation and they work against each other meaning that they lock eachother out. So, too much of one will lower the amount of the other and that is called an antagonist relationship. K is critical during flower, so don't add anything that will lower it during flower unless you know for sure that you need it.

Na it wasn’t cheap coir so not to worried about the soil , I will def take that into consideration , when hitting flower I use a high potassium natural nute which I bubble with my tea thanks in advance bro
