A quick NOOB question about these(pics)

So... first time post, I've been lurking for a bit, trying to absorb some info and insight. I am in new england, First time growing doing both indoors and out. I brought this one in to flower under cfl's just about a week ago.
Last night these was nothing to see when I went to sleep, I go to work, get home check on it and bam!! I think I'm looking at some balls, am i right are these nuts??Is this a dude? any insight is appreciated Thanks in advance -B
