A really good Topping and Lst technique

Just thought id share a good technique i found Searching forums. I grew 6 plants, 4 Northern lights and 2 ak48.

As soon as plants reach 6 nodes high, cut the top of the plant off with a clean pair of scizzors.

After a few days if the plant responds properly the new main shoots will have grown up a fair bit (into a V shape). Tie these shoots down as far as possible using string pulled down to screws connected to pots. Tie a little each day and be carefull not to split the top shoots like i did,

All other growth will now grow up past the top shoots and level out.

There will now be 10 top colas (i think). these colas can also be tied out to get a nice even canopy and allow more light to the lower buds.

I managed 19 oz off 6 plants with a 600 watt. Last time when i grew without topping and lst i got 12 0z off 6.

Almost 0.9 grams per watt! That's impressive. Nice work and beautiful plants. I read somewhere that's called a JOG method, a concept similar to SCROG.

Seeds where Nirvana northern lights and ak48 fem. I said 19 oz but i like my buds still a bit sticky so they would have lost a little weight if dried more.
