A rollitup followup

I didnt get to make any responces to the where is NGT thread. I personally wish that he wasnt bann from the site and do have some issue with a double site standard on this one.I know seed sale is illegal in the US and that is your worry.By the reason giving then this site has to stop seed bank advertising immediately all together and they must now delete any post that refers a seed bank or reviews a seed bank as that is the exact same thing.The facts are are he was not in the US selling seeds so it was the same if someone asked to buy seeds from his company or if they ordered from the paid nirvana sponsor that rollitup supports no different except the owne rof one of those sites came and would answer questions while Nirvana does not come an answer questions but is allowed to peddle thier seeds since they bought banner space. This one to me is a little suspect and worrysome.I understand your thinking but it shows that there is a giant double standard bewtween what non paying members can do and those who pay for site sponsorship. I had issue with greenpassion for his sites user abuse and thought this was the place to be but inside I now question the meaning of membership.I would like to ask that all seed bank banners and anypost refering to where seeds can be purchased be removed from the site based on the statement that these bring unwanted attention we must do so before it does then.Not just 1 seedbank or its owner but all. Its a shame to single one out and not all that seem to be the exact same thing.Will we be removing all seed bank posts and stopping any and all seed bank sponsorship? I hope so would hate to see the site be so preferential in this situation..Im all for reinstating NGTs account...psss disclaimer..I don not support or endorse the banner placed in my thread for legal buds. ..These are very poor items and not worth buying so please do not asociate them with me or my support of it.Thanks

well he was always p.m ing me asking if i wanted seeds. all the time.
he was pushing seeds to all the newbys.
he was a member of lots of cannabis forums, .and prop just went round them all trying to sell his seeds.
plus he never really help me , just pmed me ,asking if i wanted to buy seeds.
that just made me think he was desprate to sell his seeds.

Hey, can't hate on a guy for being on his grind. He's was just trying to make his business a success. I would of done the exact same thing.

I had issues with him in the past but I find the reason he was banned to be not equally enforced on this site and I believe if he was banned for seedbank promotion then every person who reccomends any seed bank should be bann and ay thread or banner should be removed.Tat would include me as I reccommend a few sites when asked about those I have delt with.With that rule there should be no seed distribution or slaae stalked or allowed.Im sure the new eliet pay members will make up some of that Nirvana add money since they need to be removed asap.Also the legal bud ads can get people in trouble as most states in the US have laws that will get you arrested if you pose any substance to be a drug or represent it to be a drug.So if you had someone buy this stuff put it in a baggie and they sell it looking like marijuana thats a felony in most states, same with any other such substance like oregano or such.

yes i know all that, but he shouldnt be pm'ing people 3 4 times a week.

when did he get banned, and for what exsact reason?. just pushing seeds?.
at first ngt used to say he knew the bloke ay worldwide marijuana, and if i wanted seeds, then just say ngt's name, but over the last few weeks he has been pming me saying, i shouldnt have got my seeds from? and i should get them from his firm.

the big ticket is this; we as members cannot advertise. that is spam. members who violate this rule will be banned (remember what you read when you joined riu?).

he is trying to get his biz up and going, but imo it's not wise to rag other's products trying to gain more attention. look at the presidential campaigns..... the more slander there is, the more general dislike follows.

I just think he wanted to promote better strains, if everyone stopped growing bagweed and hermi seeds it would help us all out in the long run. The more awesome strains the better. But ist not good to knock the competition. I never bought a car from the dealer who always talked crap about the dealer down the road.

Gosh I had no idea he was banned. He asked me about seeds but was polite and respectful and only did it once.

I don't know the entire story nor do i want to.
Its just sad to see him go because I had no worries wif him

I designed his website logo for him ages ago.
He was pushing the boat out a bit by trying to get free ads here i suppose.
I don't think he deserves to be banned permanently as he was a genuine asset to this site overall.

I also noticed a lot of where are my seeds complaints but i think it is more likely that he had to many orders and his web site is simply not coded properly enough with databases of constantly updated stock levels.

What that means for people that don't know is that on many sites the product will come up as "out of stock" automatically before the site takes 100 peoples cash for a product that has sold out.

I think he should be allowed to return just as i was allowed to return,he was an asset to this site and he did give some great advice.
I wouldn't give my personal details to any seed company's regardless of who owned them even in Amsterdam.
Always use a prepaid creditcard and send them to a good mate,protect yourself at all times in any way that you can

Hmmm is nirvana not peddling and even giving a direct link on this site to buy illegal seeds and then in turn backed by rollitup for cash? That to me is just as bad if not worst but its allowed and embrassed that where I have issue.You cant have it one way for some and another for others.All seed sites need to be banned if he was banned as some may not have liked a pm advertisment but the nirvana ads are not our choice either they are just given to us regardless of what we think which breaks rollits rule about seed selling.Lets get down to it was it a policy issue which then requires Nirvana ads to be removed immediately for violation or was it a money issue that he didnt pay for advertising???

and if you think the DEA and or FBI isn't already watching this site and many others like it, then you are foolish...

pluss just because someone has had some illegal dealings using this site doesn't mean the site is at fault... people have sold plenty of illegal things on EBAY and they didn't shut them down.

gifting them is so much more fulfilling (maybe not for the wallet though... but fack money)

ngt always seemed a decent guy to me... but then again... i don't really know him
