Had a problem with Fungus Gnats and felt there might be root damage.

Cut the Girls and took the Pots outside. Was surprised same as normal full of roots.

Using Happy Frog in 5 gallon Fiber Pots.

Everything I've grown in Happy Frog they love.
 
Me personally I use microbe-life. I got it off Amazon. Think I spent $20 on it. Comes with enough to treat gnats for years. I add three drops per gallon and within a couple days gnats are gone.

Half inch layer of sand on the top of your pot will work to keep them out and whatever is in the soil cant come out so in about 14 days they all die. You can even put a layer of diatomaceous earth before the sand.
