On healthy Strong plants...can i suggest a few things, bend those stems by crushing with your thumb and finger the stem 1/3 the way on the stem, so if your plant is 30 cm you start bending at 10cm, crush lightly first the stem, soften it up then bend the tip towards the soil, by crushing the stem first , softening it by lightly crushing the stem, it wont snap after this, it will lift its self towards the light over the next day and heal stronger , bend every stem so at the end its pointing down, i know it seems harsh but the plants will be fine ,they will heal and lift themselves in a day or 2, the reason for this is it affects hormones (auxins mostly but a few others)in the plant a bit like tipping a plant in veg, after you have done this apply a strong potassium silicate water, triple strength. i like Flairforms Silikamagic, this will harden the stems in that position. you will gain around 15% extra yield if not more, and much more potency. keep bending the stems down every 5 days, using the same method, This should start in veg, but if in flower dont touch the white hairs of the flower, crushing the stems works much like girdling of fruit in a orchard. and you expose more of the bud to the light. in the last week stop bending, bending should start in veg and end very early flower.
also remove half of the fan leaves the ones with stems, the ones at the very top not the bottom , preferably this is done on the flip to 12/12.
dont lollipop , remove fan leaves top down, leaves feed carbohydrates upwards, not downwards ,keep your solar panel low, in other words you need a full leaf cover low in the canopy, below your budding stems , but budding stems need leaves removed so light penetration can stimulate bud growth sites.
If you use potassium silicate you will not need support to carry heavy buds and you dont need big plants to yield, any plant over 50 cm is not a good return for time.
