O.k. so put in oven on a baking sheet on the lowest setting with the door open half way for one hour after they have been fan dried for 24 hours. 10-4. Roger that!you can fan dry for a day, then stick them in the oven with the door ajar aftewards for about an hour (it will not reach the temp on the dial, because the door is open), till they are nice and crisp, then seal them up well to prevent them drawing moisture from the air, sqeeze all the air out of the bags before sealing. Leaves em nice and white if ou harvest gently, and gives lots of bag appeal.
