About 2-3wks?

so my friend planted these in bellingham outdoors, then they were sent to another friend of mines house and were outdoors, now there indoor . just two, iam SUPER BROKE so yeaaaa i know i dont have enough light AT ALL

i have one freshwater aquarium nutri grow fluorescent [full spectrum]
im going to get another 1 or 2 soon here.
but i only think one more is nesseicary cause its only 2 plants.

do you guys think these are lookin good for 2 or 3 wks?

PLEASE tell me what the brown is from on my lower leaf?.
i think its nitrogen defience but i dont know

and when can i start topping? i want my plants to be alot bushier


NOTE: getting 2 300 watt MH light with a UV protecting screen on the apparatus

top it when its on the 4th node bro and put a fan on that because its skimpy man and its just going to get top heavy and fall over. and now for some rep points please its the white thing on the right next to the number . and give it some nutes as well

i was told to wait alittle on the nutes cause theyre young. but yeah i got a fan on em alot actually cause i noticed they were stretching.
the stems arent good looking but there strong.
what if i used a fluro/blue lightbulb
and im about to add some 8-0-0 mix which im pretty sure is all nitrogen and its super diluted so hopefully it helps it

I would definitely add a 6500k cfl now! You can get 65w at Lowes. Big help that would be.

how much would they be and how many would i need?
i might have some laying around my house.
