? about interrupting 2-3 days of darkness before harvest

OK, so I have two plants in the closet that I plan on harvesting in a day or two. I was going to give them 2-3 days of darkness before the chop, see if its something I'd be interested in doing again or not.

My question is, does the whole process get interrupted if the plants were to get 1-2 minutes of indirect light? I'd like to check them out and make sure they're progressing/ alright but at the same time I don't want the two days to be for nil. Its my first grow and I've never seen 1 harvest, let alone 2 to compare to each other and see what kind of a difference this whole process makes, but I've heard it really helps the frost come out and these are two really frosty plants anyways.

Not sure it makes a damned bit of difference but others will say it helps.
I tried both ways and I dunno...
You're supposed to harvest just before the lights come on and they do stink at that time though it's impossible to harvest all your plants at this time.
It takes me hours to harvest, some people days.

Next harvest I'm thinking of pulling the plug b4 the lights are supposed to come on.

Oh, and a few mins of indirect light shouldn't hurt them.
Green light also won't effect them.

It's a waste of time Buddy. I've tried 2-3 days darkness 1 week, 2 weeks.
It's the same quality as the buds I harvest with out darkness. or just the last 12 hour cycle of darkness in the flower room.

Harvest your buds just when your lights come on. The buds should be at there most aromatic when the plant starts waking up.
Same thing they do when they harvest plants for perfumes, they all ways harvest in the morning.
