About to germinate some Strawberry Cough seeds... Advice needed, Fox Farm nutes?

So, am about to germinate some Strawberry Cough seeds  Once they pop, I am gonna put them in to 4inch rock wool cubes under a 600w Dual Spectrum grow lamp on a 18/6 light cycle (17inch distance from light). I have a couple of questions which I thought more experienced growers might be able to answer:

Is this method ok? Can the popped seeds be put on this cycle before they have sprouted?

How much water do they need? (Am using a Wilma 4 pot Hydro system) Once per day or more?

Should I be using any nutes right now, I have got hold of some Fox Farm Soluble Nutrients (Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz & Cha Ching).

Thanks in advance for any help

The seeds can be put on that cycle before they sprout but they really dont need light until they sprout..So its kind of a waste of light...
They need watering when they are light if in soil in hydro they will water by itself...
No nutes for the first 2-3 weeks then you can start adding nutes.
