about to start some new autos!!!!!!!!!!

ive been gone for a min.! been about a year since my last (first) grow
anyways i have:
3 sweet seeds big devil auto
1 barneys farm little cheese auto
dinafem fruit auto
nirvana blue mystic auto
nirvana bubblelicious auto
big buddah critical mass auto

if anyone has experience with theses strains help me out!
ill tell more about my set up as i progress.

i lost the vial with the 3 big devils...
little cheese wouldnt germinate!!!!!
so far i think i overwatered the fruit it seems small
blue mystic seems like it shhoulda popped by now but is takin a while to break ground
bubblelicious is doing well and the critcal mass auto is about twice the size of the rest.
planted on 8-08.
also cracked a critical jack today!

the blue mystic and bubblelicious if theyre from nirvana arent autos, i got them for the exact reason and they are regulars, no ruderalis in them at all..

Sounds great!. I was checking out that SoG grow you did, looked awesome. How did it turn out for you?

thanks highlife... that was my first REAL attempt at growing, i did pretty good for only using cfls, theres been alot of joints since then but if i remember correctly on the diesel ryder i yielded almost an ounce.... my sog grow was too many different strains, but outta i think 6 plants i got almost a qp... i know i can do better though! thinking about making a mini step up to a 150w hps......
i guess my skills were a little rusty, as far as germination/seedlings go.... i killed a few of the seeds i bought
right now the ones that made it were.....BULLDOG THE CHRONIC. NIRVANA WHITE WIDOW. BIG BUDDAH CRITICAL MASS AUTO. and NIRVANA BUBBLELICIOUS AUTO
so those companies def have decent germination..seeings how i didnt mess them up!
my two autos are both around 3 weeks exactly...the critical is much bigger but both are throwing pistils out everywhere and im hoping to have a harvest in about 6 ish weeks
right now my growbox is sitting on top of the ac vent and its super cold in there so i can put the lights extra close..... the two autos have 150 watts apiece...(the other 2 are still seedlings)
my critical did catch some heat stress from trying to keep my lights too close, and the bubblelicious is showing signs of ph problems/overwatering....all the new growth is curling downward.....
maybe its from the transplant or it being too cold in there????? i watered with rainwater that had been sitting out.. but it didnt effect the critical?
all i have now is a phone to take pics with but ill go ahead and put a few up

how much cfl's are you using dude?

on the two autos there are a total of 6 26 watts 2 42 watts and one 55 watt split evenly

my setup is like a ghetto grow in a big cardboard box like a wardrobe type box lined with a car sun reflector and its on top of the air conditioner so i can get the lights super close....

.. Yea, my grow is ghetto also. You should get that 150w hps, beautiful spectrum. The 150w hps takes care of most of my box, i did add some cfls for the mini plants. I have some clones and a couple seeds in 24oz bottles, trying a mini SoG.

no havent made a journAL.. i lOVE this site but im def too lazy i need to step my game up...
eventually ill put some pics up... plants are buddind nicely but they are a sad sight to see really, the bigger one is burnt up and the smaller one is wilted....pretty sure i overwatered after transplant...maybe a ph/lockout problem but i havent watered in a week...starting to show signs of improvement
guess its just a coincidence after i told u about the 15o watt i checked ur grow n saw u did the exact same...i wanna get 2 150's ideally but about how much did ur electric go up?

Y'all have a lot of luck with autos? What's the most potent strain you've had under cfl's? I'm wanting autos but everything I want isn't in auto... I'm looking for a tripoy plant something to had me and my homeboys throwed like a pillow on the bed during sex if ya know what I'm sayin...

im far from an expert... but from personal experience i know diesel ryder is great. and almost all breeders have at least one auto there are alot out there now. ive been interested in a blueberry autoflower but i want the strong blueberry taste and dnt know about those autos..... as a matter of fact i think photoperiod is the way to go....just maybe 2 extra weeks and will boost your yield significantly compared to autos...in my opinion they arent really worth it except maybe for variety and tplus only take 2 MONTHS! so its good to throw one in the tent or something.

you can tell the difference easily. critical mass auto is the big one bubblelicious auto is the measly lookin one, although they are the same height now.


i had some kinda root problems still dont know if it was cold soil from being over floor ac vent, or if i just overwatered, or if i had some bad water, or what happened exactly but hopefully everything is ok. let me know what yall think

why are there some posts that get 82 replies and like 6 7 pages started right around the same time as mine, but i dont get any kind of feedback or answers to my question... dont mean to sound like a crybaby- i just wanna know is there like a certain protocol for making a thread did i not do something right? like for example, a grow journal...isnt that pretty much what this is? sorry ive never been on a forum too much but it seems like a complete idiot who def has no clue what hes doin gets shown all kinds of love, i think ive done SO much research im an expert on paper, but this is only my second mini grow ever! and... id like some feedback or some type of interaction....maybe im not allowed to ask this but are there any other forums that are more poppin? i def prefer rollitup but maybe theres one i dnt know about

Ive just finished the Critical mass i would say that you want to LST the main branch so the other side branches are all level, when i do them again thats what i would do.

Hey, my bad, i just sub'd to your thread now. Plants look great btw. The hps only raises my bill like $6-$10 a month. its not bad at all. That second pic looks like it was over watered. It will be fine if you let the soil dry out. This is a really popular site. So many new growers and new threads, i know a lot get looked over. I keep updating my thread for myself to kinda keep track and if someone stops by and leaves a comment that's cool to . Ill keep checking in w/ you.

that second picture is a good shot of my lighting setup.... 6 26 watters. 2 42's and one 55. car sunvisor wrapped around the inside of the cardboard box. the pots are 2.5 gallon water jugs minus the tops.. put shirts on the plants bc the "pots" are see thru. and the box has no bottom it is sitting over the air vent so it gets cold in there!!!! i started them in 32 oz styrofoam cups, but in my opinion autos should be started in their final pot. so.. next time. really i think im done with autos. may just keep one growing all the time just for the bedroom or something haha! pretty damn simple set up. from the two plants id be happy with a zip and a half. fingers crossed! i used GROW big,.....but not very much of it. and will start feeding molases SOON. they are in MG organic, ammended with perlite, and the "seed starting soil" they grew up in. lets see i just water with bottled drinking water whenever the plants look like they need it. seeds off attitude....... i also have a white rhino from nirvana and a bulldog chronic which im vegging for my mothers, hopefully i can take some clones by the time these autos are done... then im gonna go ahead and get a 400w!!!!!!!!! im excited!...oh also i think i wanna try hempy buckets with osmocote... and just water and forget about it. super easy passive hydro system bc i STILL dont quite understand the hydro ferts and dnt have any ph tester or anything. im scared of hydro... haha anyways if anyone wants to be my mentor....pls feel free

everything is fine with both auto plants. to me the cma looks to be about 2-3 weeks away from harvest. and bubblelicious auto is probably 2-3 weeks behind that. im very impressed with the critical mass auto. the plant is covered in trichomes-i guess because its a high yielding strain i thought it would be less potent but i think its gonna be good. i tried a sample bud and it tasted just like it was supposed to, a very dark fruitiness. it is also a very bushy plant thinking about pruning but may as well just let it go natural. the bubblelicious is just now starting to show some crystals, but has been turning purple some of the calyxes and leaves. they are both about 12 inches tall with the bubble being a little taller( but mostly the single bud on the main cola- not much side branching if any) anyways just using this more as a reminder for me and as a timeline since i dont get much feedback. hoping its bc im doing pretty much ok

the white rhino is gonna be a beautiful mother, ill post some pics soon. the chronic got a little nute burn on the lower leaves but got transplanted to a larger pot so im thinking that it will blow up soon. pics of those 2 coming soon......also ordered and 1 white berry 1 kushberry 1 diesel ryder and got a free royal queen ice and royal queen blue mistic
