Right idea, but keeep in mind those scammers are out of the country already and they don't care what our government knows about them it's like saying "I don't worry about my relative getting busted he's in another country." well no shit. Its the person doing the transfer that is getting reported because thats who they can get to. The receiver has a lot less to worry about.
You're also thinking wrong service. There are ways to transfer money to people and accounts but traditional methods are subject to those reporting laws I talked about. One would have to research. Swiss accounts are not the only numbered accounts there are alternatives. Even some with anon ATM cards and they are not friends or family, they can still rat you out but not because they're pissed about you messing around with his ol'lady.
Remember moving US cash around can be watched much easier than moving other forms of currency. It's all there if you research.
