AC Better in tent or room tent is in? opinions please!

the point is to remove heat, so if you put it in the tent and exhaust into the room it would not be as advantageous as exhausting to the outside

i run a portable 8000btu LG unit. I have it outside the tent with duct taped to the a/c blower opening. then I have that taped to 1/2 of my intake fan. the intake fan draws in the cold air from the ac unit perfectly.

ahh,lets throw a variable into this equation..2 tube a.c. or one?..inline fan added to move air in is a disadvatage..2 tube is cooling the allready cooled air if inside the tent,making it very efficient,and not removing "stinky air" to be exhausted someplace else..lots of advantages here..

u keep it outside the tent
to set it u start at 70 ............make sure u have monitors where u need too
your intake on the tent start it at 70..............then in the tent u need to chack the temp at the top of the buds and then again test the temp at the ejection point
u want the temp by the plants to be 78 f or lower (at 80 THC degrades )
if your place is like mine u might have baseboard electrical heaters..........the standard thing was to wire those to their own breakers .........if u buy the right unit u could turn off that heater and turn it into a 2nd breaker for the room to run your AC on

this one comes with a window vent kit if u do it right u can get a 2 sets of Wye junctions and tie your exhust into that so it looks like a portable ac in the window

I've got a window mount ac built into my 4x8x7'6 box that I made with it exhausting outside. I just built a box around the back condenser that puts of a lot of heat and ran 6in ducting out the window that works but the room. But I'm in southern cali and we're having a crazy ass heat wave so it's still been hard keeping it cool during the dark cycle because the intake draws from the room it's in

damn all of you guys have some sick ideas idk what one to do lol i am literally as we speak moving things around and seeing which one of ur ideas works best. and big frosty that was my first idea i am trying but then as the mentioned above portable units work great too. i bought both so lets see whats best!

Ya I'm buying a portable ac this weekend to keep my place cool. . If my house is cool the box is perfect. As it is right now it's 93° outside. When it's like 68 to 73 out the night temps will hit as low as 55 but stay around 63. When the lights are on it stays at 68 to 73 usually. Right now they're off and it's 75 in there. So as long as my house is cool the box is to.

So I'm a total idiot. . Haha my fiance tells me when I get home and the Dark cycle temps are like 77° "if your box has an air conditioner that cools a whole bedroom why can't it cool your grow box? " and I reply with the intake is drawing in air from the room and it's like 95° out and it's like 2:30 pm. So point in case. . I turned the intake fan off and almost instantly the temps dropped to 68.. Over 11°F and the humidity rose from 23% to 45 which is great cause like I said this heat wave has been horrible with temps like 95 to 100 these last 3 days and I just flipped 4 nights ago. .
