Ok, apologies up front for asking stuff that's likely already posted.
I am ready to get my first indoor setup and want to get it right.
So far, based on reading, it's looking like:
AC Infinity tent (3x3)
AC fans & filter
AC 69
HLG 300 light
I want to make sure of a couple things though,
Ability for the 69 to control the HLG
And whether the 4 inch fan and filter is sufficient.
Lastly,. Best pricing on this setup
Man I've been waiting for this for a long time - and we are now legit here in the Midwest
Want to hit the ground running with a nice setup with no regrets.
Appreciate it guys. :)

I would also post a duplicate of this in the LED section.
Many of those guys use ac infinity and dont necessarily pop in to this section often.
You may get a faster and fuller response there.

It's a good set up, I don't know the full capabilities of the AC 69 though to answer that part.

As for your extraction fan size, depends on the ambient temps in your room.

For me a 4" would work but I'm in another part of the world to you.

If you get their UIS plug adapter you can use the 69 pro to set your light schedule instead of having to use a separate timer. They're rated to 1800w. I've had zero issues with mine so far.
Dimmable?
Glad I didn't get in a hurry Looks like I need to sit back for a minute and gather some more info here.
Thanks guys

I have a 3x3 AC infinity tent. It's a great tent. I would recommend a 4x2 tent instead though. For one thing it's difficult to get to the plants in back. Also there is a much larger selection of lights for a 4x2 footprint.

Looks good, but you might consider 6" fan. A big filter and fan at lower speed makes less noise, lasts longer and you have more flow if needed.

Thanks.
By all means wide open to any suggestions. Want to get this right. Sure would be nice to keep it under 800 bucks as well.

If my only option was Rspec or Bspec , which it seems to be , I'd go with something else .

Is your ducting acoustic?

Yeah I didn't want to seem so ignorant so I scratched the question about red or blue spec options on the light.. then saw your post. I'll have to do some more looking
Dunno on the duct. It's just what ac infinity offers

If sound isn't a problem you dont need acoustic duct but I've never personally gone without it because sound is a big deal for me.

It's a shame HLG aren't offering a straight 3500k option . They used to before all these R spec options.

I've always been keen to recommend them but not I it's not right for the grower and these days there's so many options it's crazy

I can recommend the silencer they sell for your inline fan. Really drops the Db and filters out some annoying high frequencies it emits. I don't use ducting at all, just filter fan and silencer stacked vertically. Their ducting is really good stuff tho
