I own a couple things from AC Infinity. It seems like they really have their stuff together for indoor growing and they also seem to listen to the critics and make improvements when needed. I have a couple of their older oscillating fans and they were making a clicking noise so I emailed them to let them know I expected more for my money. In response, they sent me two, NEW and improved fans. They became one of my favorite companies at that point and I'm going to end up spending a lot more money on their other new stuff as a result, too.

Yeah, same for me.
I got a free replacement and still have the original which apart from not oscillating anymore works great.

I feel like they really want to be at the top of ladder when it comes to grow room equipment.
If they keep up that customer service they will be.

Sounds like my experience with them. I had problems with their humidifier after I washed/cleaned it. I was really careful not to get water in the connector but, when I plugged it back in, the Controller didn't recognize it.

The humidifier was a few weeks over the one year warranty but I called them anyway. They ended up sending me a new one that is a "generation 2" model that has better water sealing.

That's very impressive. A lot of companies would have just said that it's out of warranty but AC Infinity came through with a new one. Can't beat that.

8000 BTU is quite low IMO. Maybe good to cool off 1300 watts of light. Even so, the output is so hot you have to vent it out a window for it to work right. I hate doing anything out the window because it creates an easy access point for the bad guys. If you vent into the attic it will just find a way back down and heat up every room.

IMO no matter how good they make a portable the major problem will always be the exhaust. There is no way around it.

If you can use a mini split instead I think that would be a better option.

Yes, unless you have a place in your grow where youactually need the heat, for example a veg room.

It's very hot where I live all year but I understand how it can help the people in cold climates. May be a godsend to heat up a room for some folks.

For me it would be like adding fuel to the fire :blsmoke:

The more I look at the more I think I’m right about its purpose, “sealed” tent for co2 and modern crop steering methods. Pretty much unnecessary unless you’re a big nerd and don’t have an actual room you can kit out. What I’m saying I guess is, I’m going to buy one.
