AC size and difference?

I was told that I need a 5 ton ac for my grow area running 4000 watt flip flop flower and 4000 watt veg. I was wondering what the differences are between the excel air central acs and ones like goodman trans Lennox?

Just so it's clear. You are running 2 4000 watt rooms for flower. One 4000 watt room for veg?
