Accidentally ripped off some leaves should I be worried?

First time grower so sorry if my question seems dumb to some. I was watering my plants this morning and one of the hanging sticky traps for nats / flys fell on two of my plants. I panicked and removed it as slow as possible but ended up ripping some leaves in half from both plants. Is there anything I should do ? Like remove those leaves ? Or should I just leave it be and see what the plant does ? I am attaching pictures of the plants as well as the culprit so you can see how many leaves it was .

It will be fine- let it heal itself- they can take a lot of abuse once established- I am currently nursing a main stem that snapped a few weeks ago- propped it up and it is still growing.

It’s wild how worried we get over our babies.
Glad to be well past the point where I'm fixated on them constantly. Just give it some time, eventually you'll start playing around with high-stress training and realize they can take some abuse if they're otherwise healthy.

First couple harvests you'll be psyched about all the weed you're about to have on hand. There's still some of that for me around harvest time, but now 5 years in I'm also thinking to myself, "fuck, I'm gonna have to trim all this shit."

Lol I envy the thought of not fixating over them all day lol. I find myself looking in the viewing window of the tent every time I walk by lol. Thanks

Your fine bud when there in vegetative state they can handle alot you'd be surprised. Just leave em they will just grow more leaves and those ones will grow to. When gets bigger want to trim before it Flowers for air flow and rot. Plant gets sensitive when flowering so don't want to mess to much when pistols start showing.

Stick with it for a while and it's not too hard to get to the point where you have enough that even the chickens get edibles. :weed:

If anything when it comes with water you rather risk under water if happens you'll see little wilt then water twenty minutes later like nothing happens but over water to many problems not to scare you just mold or bud rot. Also get a moisture meter if worried and obviously when they grow bigger watering changes things. I'm outside grower so I'd be in that rabbit hole with you trying to do the whole inside tent grow, which I'll probably be asking you questions when I get enough to start one.

Wont be a problem, if you really want cut em in half like when people take clones. This wont be a major setback at all. Key is having them as happy as possible before switching them into flower, and keeping em stress free. Your plants wont miss a beat, and theres a reason everyone tops, and does high stress training during the veg period.
