Ace of Spades SCROG

Hey, has anyone done this in scrog, and if so how did it turn out? I did a quick search and nothing came up.

Most people do SOGs with them but ive seen scrogs of them. They stay really bushy from what ive seen and like to be mainlined after that to remove any small under growth.

Any chance you have a link to scrog journal or anything? I have searched but nothing has come up.

not a full on scrog but a member called true punk is running it and he did what i was sayin where he topped it a couple times then stripped lower branches then flowered so he got 4 or 5 main, super fat colas.

Ace probably isn't going to be a great scrog strain for you. It's a great SOG strain. It wants to grow single cola and branches out late into veg. You could top/lst the heck out of her to get the heads you need for a scrog, but a lot of other tga strains are better suited to scrog (anything with apollo genetics in it will be great for scrogging it loves to branch).

Thanks CannaJedi. I think I will be going back to SOG, my next run. I like the big colas over the popcorn sized ones.

if you're scrogging correctly, all of your buds should be roughly the same size and of larger stature. I know with 250w of scrog, i was pulling 3 gram buds or urkle every cola poppin' up through the screen.
