So... for the second year in a row my paperwork has been rejected and returned due to the drs form. I won’t get into it but it’s the tiniest of details. Government workers, eh??!! Anyway they return the forms and hole punch everything and stamp a ‘received’ on each page with the date. Do I need to redo everything or can I resubmit the punched pages? I only ask because I had to get signatures from others and that will be tricky to do again. I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to start all over. No idea why they ruin the forms I filled out correctly when just the drs part had an issue

they spell it out what to do..if you want the license..follow their directions..they are a pia with pickiness

other than that..if you have a dr's script then you may be in convenienced if you are busted/ or questioned..on having no acmpr

but the drs script will prevail..

if i told you how much hassel we get from them..it gets sorted out..but its stressful
