I watched a different video where he didn't. Figured he'd have more videos that I haven't seen yet where he does. Thanks for linking it!

Far red light - I have found you do not need them on any longer than 30 minutes at the beginning/end of day. They will allow sativa plants to finish a week sooner and bulkier buds.

For strains that already have hard tight nugs - why bother.
