This is poor advice, both for growing and for life in general. Little about a tent grow prepares one for the environmental control needs of a room. Same is true when scaling up from bedroom to commercial size.

How much did you harvest the last time with your 1000w?
Calculate aiming for 1 gram/watt of light provided if all goes well. 1000 watts is good for about 50 square feet. With 2000 watts you would hopefully yield close to 2000 grams. Expect under that however.

Except that it isn't a simple question. Going from 5x5 to 10x10 isn't merely doubling, it's four times bigger, with attendant increases in heat load. When I ran a single thouie in a similarly sized room, I barely needed cooling at all, as the room itself absorbed most of the heat. That effect was quickly swamped at just two lamps, let alone more.

Its simple math. 5x5=25 sg ft. 10x10=100sq ft. The trick is that ... you're right... moving air gets tricky as does moving temp. Small changes in smallnrooms have big impacts. Not true the other way around... the math gets a bit tricky...
