Adjusting plants to the natural light cycle.

Another Q for you guys. Im hoping to put my plants out to their final destination outdoors this weekend, or soon after. Where I am, we are getting roughly 14-15 hrs of light a day at this time.

For the last 2 weeks the plants have been spending the full day outside in the sun and then coming in at night and spending some time under CFL's. Id say on average the current light cycle is about 20/4.

Should I be leaving the plants outside 24/7 now until I plant them just to adjust them to the natural light cycle??? I partly want to keep them as long as possible with maximum light, but I also don't want to shock or stunt them with a change in the light cycle. I certainly don't want them to try and flower.. that would be the worst. THey are only a month old or so and have 4 sets of leaves.

Thanks

They've been in full sun everyday for a few weeks now. Currently they sit in full sun all day and then I add more light with CFL's when the sun goes down to extend their light cycle to 18-20 hrs a day. If I do 18/6 or 20/4 for weeks (like I have been), will the immediate switch to 14-15 hrs of light stress the plants when I put them in their outdoor spots? Should I leave them outside 24/7 to adjust to the natural sunlight schedule before planting? Or can I just go from 20-4 one day to 15-9 the next?
