Advanced Nutrients and Lucas formula

So I have been researching a little and have yet to wrap my head around this - I was planning on doing the Lucas formula GH 0-8-16, but my local hydro doesn't have GH brand, so I got AN 3 part. N-P-K is identical for micro & bloom, 5-5-5. So do I just go ahead and follow the 8ml of micro per gal & 16ml of bloom per gal. Somehow, I think I'm missing somthing here.
From the CannaStats nute profile page http://www.angelfire.com/cantina/fourtwenty/articles/profiles.htm I see GH at 122(N)-99(P)-171(K)-68(Mg) ran the numbers on AN micro & bloom came up with 100(N)-64(P)-161(K)-3(Mg) Magnesium way low. Am I missing somthing? AN says there 3 part is 25% stronger than GH's, I don't see it that way. Well anyway my simple question is can anybody tell me how many ml of AN micro & bloom to use per gal to match the GH Lucas formula.
Thanks all.

The Nitrogen in advanced nutrients grow/micro/bloom is derived from "Magnesium Nitrate". So when the nitrogen is used there is left over magnesium. Its a Compound.

GH does not use magnesium nitrate. It gets get N from Nitrate Nitrogen and Mag from Magnesium Carbonate, Magnesium Phosphate and Magnesium Sulfate.

That calculator is good it just does not have the ability to take this into account. So you have the effect of getting some hidden Mag.

The AN line your using is close to lucas and the ultimate goal of Mel Franks Elemental Feed Values.

You might consider amending it with a P + K bloom booster.
