Never never never never never use molasses in hydroponics. It makes a HUGE mess. Harmful bacteria will invade and goop up everything. It is horrible.
That's why hydroponic-specific alternatives are made.
First off, I'd say to just finish off whatever you've got. Those nutes are decent enough and they're not bad for learning on. Might as well use what you've got.
After that I'd say to keep it simple but look for something perhaps a bit more high-quality. I use Advanced Nutrients and I haven't yet found anything that works better for me. Get yourself a base nutrient (I'd recommend their Sensi A+B two-part) and a bloom booster, maybe one or two other things tops. That Hobbyist bundle they sell is a perfect starting point.
Whatever you do, don't buy anyone's full line of stuff. Changing the type of nutrients you use is enough of a shift in gears that if you have 15 new products in the reservoir and you have a problem you'll never figure out exactly which one you don't want, have too much of, or whatever. Try to never change more than 3-5 things from one grow to the next.
