What is the NPk value ? Does it has enough n? Is it close to a 1-3-2 to flower and your veg a 3-1-2 ? Check these to start. IMO had trouble with those specific nutes having to much p and k many other reasons as well. Hope it helps.

Ph wouldn't even be an issue for him unless it was the soil's PH. PH perfect adjusts any mix to a 5.5-5.8 depending on your water. So yeah prob try to find another source of N as suggested. Even though your leaves look like it could be

What kind of water are you using? Did you add any dolomite lime to the soil? That has cal/mg, adding some extra N and mg wouldnt really hurt them to be safe it could be either or. Its not PH for sure cause the chlorosis from PH comes from the tip os of the bottom leaves and they work their way towards the stem and it occurs on the bottom leaves first then work their way up. Epsom salts contain mg add maybe 1 tbl/gallon, it for sure wouldn't make any probs worse. N and mg to be safe imo.

Its a three part that comes out to 5-5-5 when all mixed

I am using brook water that has ph of 5.8-7 and ppm of 10-25. I didnt add dolmite lime but i have some paletized lime for like lawns, is that good to use?
