I've used the Advanced Nutrients Organic line - the entire thing. It does work, but it costs $50 a bottle.
I'm gonna second the "it's about the soil" argument.
Organics is about microbiology, not plant nutrition/soil fertility.
The idea is that the plant exudes substances that tell the surrounding micro-organisms the appropriate nutrition to provide to the plants roots. The nutrition becomes available through the microbiology's lifecycle, primarily through carbon exchange in the presence of oxygen. This is an AEROBIC process. "Aerobic" refers to life that require oxygen to survive.
Rule #13 of the SoilFoodWeb, says that "application of salt based nutrition to an organic growing media will have detrimental effects on the existing microbiology." (Paraphrased)
So far there are two requirements: oxygen, no salts.
Nutrient companies claim that to be able to produce "organic bottled nutes" are cutting corners on one or both of these fronts. For oxygen to be present, the bottles of nutrients would have to be shaken once every 3hrs to prevent anaerobic activity. Anaerobic activity refers to life that does not require the presence of oxygen, this type of life is extremely detrimental to both a soil's microbiology and the plant itself. These type of organisms are the ones that make trash dumps smell like trash dumps.
The second way they cut a corner is by stabilizing the nutrition with an inorganic or synthetic chemical, a salt of some sort. We already know that this has negative effects on any microbiological system. Doubt it? You yourself are an aerobic organism. Instead of drinking water for a week, drink salt water for a week. Run this through the scientific method and post it on this site. Hypothesis, experiment, conclusion. My guess is three to five days before you take a visit to the hospital.

So what can we do?
Save money and buy dry nutes. Make AACT and build your soil. Read
Teaming With Microbes, or
Worms Eat My Garbage. There are plenty of sources of organic nutrition, many are available in your yard and the furthest are at Home Depot.
All of this being said, Iguana Juice and their other organic line will grow plants, so will miracle grow, general hydroponics, etc, etc.
