So i just picked up advanced nutrients 2 part sensi grow and 2 part sensi bloom and also big bud. I was just wondering if these are specific to hydro or soil? The girl in the shop diddnt know too much and the owner wasn't in. I'm just talking about the sensi range here. cheers.

I used them both ways and both were effective. Different strengths for each but ok for both. Bought the exact same nutes and have come to learn that the 150-200 I spent on that stuff was unnecessary. Honest to god my man, Shultz or good ole Miracle Grow will do the same job.Stoner friendly name, jacked up price. Look at the ingredients....its plant food. They'll talk about "macronutrients" and "chleating"...blah, blah, blah....watch your ph, give her a good food for the stage ,flower/veg and a good medium and I'll gaurantee you put 2 side by side you won't see a difference in 8 weeks.

thanks man. so you think they're good for soil too. they dont seem too expensive really in ireland. ive now got big bud, sensi grow/bloom, iguana juice, and the bio bizz bio grow and bloom and all for under 100 euro. i have tried the miracle grow in the past when i first started growing and had problems, nute burn etc. at least with these nutes there are so many different schedules out there and i can get lots of advice from sites like this.
Thanks for the reply. +rep.

Well if you using AN Sensi +2 you don't need to use iguana juice and bio bizzz gro n bloom.
You only need one grow and bloom formula and you can add additives such as Big Bug in the bloom phase.

Also yes Sensi +2 can be used in soil.
If your soil already has nutrients in them then don't add any nutes for a while depending on the soil.

he was talking about the 3pt series not the 2part
the 3part usually goes for $9-10 a bottle, he got a great deal when he got it for $20.

Sensi +2 is like $12 a bottle and there's four bottles(part A&B grow and bloom).

$54 CDN funds for 4-1 litres sensi grow and bloom. Got mine from globalgrow. I got my 3 part on special they had. If your not doing too many plants , the litres will last a while.

I would go with big bud, its from advanced nutrients, use it with the sensi bllom A&B in flowering. Their are also many others, but i have only used big bud with the sensi grow and bloom system, i used only these nutes and got one of my biggest yeilds yet. good luck.:peace:

I would look into AN Overdrive, you use the big bud in flowering then use Overdrive in the last weeks of flowering, I had good results using Big Bud and Overdrive when added to my normal nutes.

"sensi grow & bloom" nutes are in the Hydroponics chapter in the website called Advanced Nutrients.
can we use them also in soil growing method?

and is it necesarry to use both "sensi grow A+B" and "sensi bloom A+B" at the same time in each vegging and flowering phases?

Thanks
