looks like some plants are in coco. don't let coco dry out like you do soil. let it dry like half way, it needs to dry some but not all the way so the pot is light like soil.

Great observation, I just watered all of them and gave the biggest one in the repot a VERY light feeding of calmag.

Why do you say to switch out the box? Although I may have a hunch it has to do with water that could mold the box? I will swap out now.
