Advice for little white flies

I just need some advice. I have noticed a little white fly fly off of my bud (that was a confusing sentence) about a month ago. I thought I was just high. Anyways, I'm about 9 days away from harvest, and I have noticed there is a few of them now.

I havent noticed any problems to my plant. I just want to know, should I be worried? I know Im not going to use any pesticides because Im too close to my harvest date.

And what are they? They are small, maybe smaller then fruit flies but pure white. Albino Fruit flies? lol. Do they pose a problem for my lady? And will they pose a problem for future grows?

White flies behave just like spider mites. The insect hides underneath the leaf, and sucks it's dinner from it. Result: white spots on the top side of the leaf. White flies are easily spotted with the naked eye. If you shake the plant a little, they'll fly around. They look like little white moths, around 2 millimeters in size. A sizeable infestation can be combatted with insecticide. If you're not so anxious to use such strong methods, you can purchase a certain type of 'assassinator' wasp: the ichneumon fly (the Latin name is Encarsia formosa). This natural enemy doesn't sting people, but works well at eliminating white flies. Since it's only a small wasp (smaller than the white fly itself), it takes a while before all the white flies have dis appeared. Additionally, you have to put new assassinator wasps out approximately every two weeks.

Will it affect my harvest? I'm in the process of flushing.

How long should I wait till I grow again? My "space" that I am growing in is about 6 feet long by 6 feet wide. It also has one small air intake and one small exhaust. How long would it take till those buggers die?

If there's only a few and you are only 9 days away I don't see a problem. They can't eat a dry plant so they should fly off the plants.

Re-sterilize everything before your next grow and get a perimeter spray and a few sticky strips to prevent a re-infestation

You can make very effective traps, see here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeUdMaQ3uns

Traps have worked great for me in the past for fruit flies.... they lure the bugs away and reduce breeding
