Advice needed for MAX yield w/cfls!! PUHHLEEEEZZ :)

Alright alright ....here's my set up, prob gonna be ready to go Monday Night (waiting on my tent)
I'll be working with:
36x20x62 Tent (Hydroponics Tent 36x20x62 Home Hydro Cabinet Grow Box - eBay (item 220284516968 end time Oct-21-08 14:32:53 PDT)) <<<<thats it
CFLs:
105w (full spectrum)
55W (warm white) - flowering
43w (Warm white) - (flowering)
Those are my big watts
Got about 12-15 smaller watts & Color ratings....Etc. Know all about colors and whats needed for veg, flower etc. But what i REALLY want to know is, If my aim is going to be MAX YIELD, should i lollypop (dont know how to do it tho...lol) Lst?
Or just let the girls get nice & tall?

Where's my CFL vets that can get me on the right track, and get my game plan cememted?!?!

Lollipoping is definitely not the way to go for max yield, wtf. That would probably give you the smallest yield.

But anyway, if you are growing sativa get it to 2-2.5 feet before flowering, and if its indica I'd say 3 feet. Don't let them stretch, that's a tall tent!

Post some more info. What kind of soil? Hydro? Aero?

ok...its a soil grow...
I'll be doing 2 snow white's (fem seeds) Indica strain (so should be fatter as opposed to taller) From Nirvana seed bank
As well as a mixed 2 mixed seeds I got from Nirvana
and yeh its a tall tent :) HEHEHE (lil excited) so thats why im thinkin long veg period... also why im looking for advice...

If you're gonna grow big and tall, how many plants are you going to have in the tent? My grow box is 30x22x48 and I can only fit 3 in it. I had 4 going, but ran out of room:o. If it were me, I'd probably only try and fit 2 in there (hopefully you have feminized seeds or they both turn out to be female).

Here's a pic of mine from today. They are all touching the sides, back, eachother, and the front doors (doors were removed for the pic). I'm on the 16th day of fowering, following 15 days of vegging. :peace:

Yep i was just thinking that actually...i do have the fem Snow white seeds, so i guess I'll go with those 2 ...give em some nice big pots, and just let em do their thing???? Running outta space is devastating...lol

Did u start those as a clone or seed? Theyre pretty big for only 15days VEg...SWEET!!!
I was actually thinking this...i have my first plant..should be done in about 4 weeks... I'm gonna get my seeds germed and started this weekend, and i figured i was gonna Veg em about 3 weeks... which is why i was asking best route for biggest yield...

Yeah, it would suck if you started all 4 in there and then had no place for 2 of them when you ran out of room. I've been putting the one I didn't have room for outside during available sunlight hours. Then I put her to bed in a dark room. So far, it's kicking some butt. :peace:

Can't wait to see that whole tent of yours set up with everything in it. :clap:

They're from seed. I had them on 24/0 from the time they popped through the soil. After 15 days, Sept 8th, I switched the timer to 12/12 and that's where I'm at. From the bottom of the pots, they're about 22" tall right now, so about 14" or so from the top of the soil (the one I had to put outside during the day is 2" taller, and it's only been going outside since Saturday). :peace:

You & Me both!!!!!! i hate my current cabinet....its not even ghetto fabulous...its just downright GHETTO!!! LOL!!
So yeh, gonna go with two this way they get plenty of light n TLC!!

You can pack more than 2 in there if you want. they can over lap. for instance I had over 20 in 5sqft (2 inverted 50gal rubbermaids). the tallest was 2ft. Most of them were in half gal containers and 6 were in 1gal milk jugs. Space did become an issue, some were tall with no bush and some were medium with lots of side braching. I reduced to my 14 best and ended up cutting them down 4 to5 weeks before finishing because one of the plants was intersex causing a far amount of unwanted seed. Total dried and trimmed wt was a little over 2oz's with most seeds being immatuer( I know math not spelling). I don't beleive the unwanted seed took up much weight, maybe 4g's max. If I had finished I would have probably had over 4oz. When I move I might try again and aim for 10 females in larger containers and start with 16 plts, I think I can acheive 6 to8 oz from slighty less than 400w. Purps was one of the strains and the other was a very good bag seed( did you know that Sour D's parents came from bag seed on dead tour) so save those bag seeds they could become legendary.Your feminized seeds will be more uniformed,so keep that in mind, and IMO you could easy fit 6 in that tent. I know i can def do more than two plants, but my thing is... i dont wanna throw in too many, and then they take a beating or dont reach theyre full potential because theyre just in their too tight....fighting for space & light.
So i know more plants = More yeild

However the real question im trying to find the answer to is:
How to reach MAX YIELD and potential on any one plant with cfl's?
Surround the plant with light (this i know)
Use good Nutes... (which I will be using FLora Nova)
Read to it before bed (joke) ;)

... So any other suggestions are ALWAYS welcomed!!!!!:weed:
