Advice needed

My babies are 4 weeks old. I have them in FFOF which proved to be too hot for them. I flushed them two days ago, and they seem to be recovering well and starting to grow again. They all started flowering this week as well. My issue is I don't want to stress them out anymore, when do you think it would be safe to start my flowering nutes? The nutrients in the soil have to be about gone by now, I'd say. What do you guys think?

4 Weeks in the same soil? Should be little to no nutes left if you watered the plants till 20% runoff every watering.

I did top off the containers probably 2 weeks through (probably why I got nute burn in the first place) to better stabilize the stems. I'm just really weary of burning them again, this is the first set I've ever nute burned before using the same techniques I always do, which led me to believe they're just more sensitive to nutes then the strains I've run in the past. These are also my first autoflowers.

At 4 weeks should I feed them with both my Grow Big and Tiger Bloom?

I agree it could have been the added soil but usually a 4 week old flower would be able to handle a few inches of fresh soil. You flushed already so I'd suggest starting with a much lighter dose of both nutes than normal and work up if you're worried about frying them again.
