Advice on building 8'x8'x7' Grow Tent

Hello.. This is my first post. I need advice on how to build a large grow tent out of pvc or wood and panda film.

I need to know how to attach the exhaust port so air won't leak, and I also need to know how to make the panda film seams light and air proof.

you tube ultimate grow with jorge shows how to build a 8x8 room from 2x3s and b/w poly this was the model for my current room with my own little twist on it hope this helps
