Advice on My Grow-Closet

I just ordered some higher quality seeds and wanted to see what you guys thought of my finished setup. I took a few pictures for everyone and will post most of the info I can think about it. My seedling growth has been slow and but I have been using bag seed. I basically wanted you guys to critique my setup so I can determine if the slow growth is a result of my bag seed or my setup.

- Size (3 x 4 x 8 feet)





-Day Temp (78 - 84 degrees Fahrenheit)
-Night Temp (68 - 70 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Humidity - 35% at its best (I run a small humidifer but I live in a cold, dry climate; advice? and to be honest I have and ultrasonic but it is rigged up for something else )



-Lighting - 400 W Metal Halide w/ parabolic reflector (For 50$ you can't go wrong)



-Venting - 220 cubic feet / minute
-Odor Control - A cheaper carbon filter; I believe it is an 8 inch and it goes with my fan (I do not currently have it installed but it would sit in that hanging bucket you see in the pictures)





- I have a DWC bucket ready too and also a the 3 part Holland Secret Nutrients line
-I grow in Coco and the other plants you see in there are Chamomile because I thought what the hell; it is very nice as a tea with a couple of bowls.



So what does everyone think?

Its looks good the only input I can give you is that without a door that seals up nice and tight you will still have a odor issue.
