Advice on PF Tek, jars not pinning

I have some fully colonized jars that are not developing pins. I did birth five cakes 10 days ago, but these have not started pinning either. I would appreciate any advice about how to proceed from here I birth onto damp perlite. Don't know whether to go ahead and birth the other 12 cakes, shock them by putting in the fridge overnight, or what? I have grown successfully using this tek before, but have not advance to bulk casing grows.

But, you really should never have used that method
It sucks.

Yeah, I need to do some studying. My first bulk grow try ended in a complete contamination of the casing mix. At least with the PF Tek I get a few mushrooms. I don't need much.

It isn't "bulk", there are more than two alternatives.
