Advice on some nutes

I start using Big Bud a week before I flip and by week 3 after the upper buds are ping pong ball sized. That's using soilless or DWC tho. Peeps growing in a well rounded soil mix usually have quite a bit of P and K waiting in the root zone for buds to start up well with.

I need to do a decent side by side with a couple of identical clones to make my mind up on the Bud Factor X. I did that with the Ignitor and decided it wasn't worth the extra cost. When I did that with Big Bud the difference was very obvious and I hate to grow without that.

Big Bud has a lot of amino acids in it that I wasn't really getting from the base nutes so that may have had a lot to do with it. These Mega Crop nutes have almost all the exact same ones plus silica, plus that crab meal type stuff and all sorts of other goodies in one product. Just started using them and like the way my plants are responding so may just keep the 3-part on the shelf until I get some DWC going again and do a side by side with the MC in DWC for the hell of it.

Supposedly for best results you need to use the budding trio. Big Bud, Bud Ignitor and the Bud Factor X. I've run out of the Ignitor but still have lots of BB and the Factor X left. Might just get a 250ml bottle of Ignitor and see what happens when I use all 3.

You try that Kushy Kush supplement yet? I have 3 different kushes going now and may add another. Hindu Kush, Dutch Kush and a weird one called Ayhuasca Purple. Will be flowering those pretty soon.

The guy I got those cuttings from gave me a sample bud of Violator Kush that was nice and I found 3 seeds in that one bud. Called him up and he had been sloppy pollinating a branch on it so got seeds all over tho not everywhere. He used a Strawberry Banana Kush to make the seeds. Sounds like an interesting cross so may sprout them real quick. Got lots of others in the lineup as well but can't get too carried away.

I've not used the kushy kush. I never thought of using big bud before starting flower but I might try that out. As I'm in Coco and they can def use something extra stuff that time

I give a half dose of the BB a week or so before flipping then the other half at the flip. Then half doses every 2nd watering until the end of week 5 for a 8-9 week strain. Seems to really get the buds popping out all over fast.

Unfortunately I screwed up with pollen and mites went crazy on them so it wasn't a happy ending.
