Advice on starting a seed in oasis cube

I got 5 Fem seeds and want to start 3 in Oasis cubes. The other 2 I will start in soil and use as mothers if everything goes well.
Im just looking for someone who has started in these before, or just some advice.

Im going to soak the cubes in PH6 Water, then sink the seed deep in the cube, then put in a rubbermaid tub, and put a heat mat underneath.
The next part I am unclear about. Should I put glass over it and put underneath my flouros or should I just put the lid on ??

you can put the glass on it ital let more light inn i use oasis cubes for all my veggis/ plants i start indoor. its great just dnt let them dry out keep them moist and humidity no lower than 70 high around 85% and u should b goldenn .mold does like to grow with humidity lvls up.. so just scrape it off as soon as u see it growing it wont kill u or the seed unless u let it ingulf the whole deel as this is normal for beginners ...to pick up humidity spray some water around witha spray bottle or use what i like to use as a mister.a nebulizer without the top ,, sheel fog it upp really nice .. have to do it twice at around 10cc of water just to pick up hum.% to 60%...well tell me howw it goes ....like i said that methode works with all my plants roses flowers fruits veggis nd mnny more hope i could help
