Advice/Opinions.

Hey, Need some advice/opinions and reassurance. Been awhile since I've posted. Basically I've been growing on/off for the past 3 years. I grew for 2 years straight and took 1 year off. I took the year off because I was getting suspicious that I was being watched followed and/or investigated. I decided to dig my kit out and start over. Got some seeds and managed to get 1 grow out I had just started my second grow when some suspicious activity occurred again. Last night at about 3am A police helicopter woke me up and literally stood still hovering near my house for about 15minutes without moving then it just flew off and disappeared in the distance. Then today I was out I just pulled up on my driveway and some stranger in a tracksuit was trying to force his way into my back gate. I confronted him and he gave me a story he was picking up his niece from a sleep over and he had been told to use the back gate. Thinking back I should of asked for his name and to see the text, but whatever.

Today I just ripped all my babies out and packed my kit away. I don't smoke weed but I am overly cautious and naturally a careful and paranoid person. What I'm concerned about is that I do vent straight out a window into the outside air. I'm pretty positive any police IR would see this.

Anyway I can't seem to find much information on the matter but what's the process police go through in regards to IR thermal imaging? If , for example, they did see something suspicious last night could I expect activity on their part in the next few days or would they need further evidence than just IR thermal imaging? I'm concerned about UK law only, please.

Secondly I need advice on how to mask thermal radiation. Currently I have a roof which underneath has loft insulation, beams with plasterboard nailed on then straight ontop of the plasterboard on the inside of the room I have 1 layer of [h=1]Thermal Insulation Foil Roll 600mmx8m[/h]. None of the inside walls are insulated as such besides 1 back wall between me and another building which I don't own. One wall is connected to my garden, another side wall connected to someone elses garden then the 3rd wall is a partition splitting the whole room into 2 rooms. Would it be fine with just using that thermal insulation on all walls? I'm going to knock a hole in the wall leading to my back garden then rebuild part of it around the drain and vent down there too, since I'm venting straight outside at the moment.

As for my grow I'm running about 2500watts

Give it up. Buy your weed. No guts, no glory. You should have shot the motherfucker trying to get in your backyard. One shot, make it count, call the cops and tell them your name and nothing else. Nothing.

Any pork chopper in the air like that is spotting ground suspects in nearly every case. Or illuminating a scene at request of officers. They don't send a chopper for a handful of plants. Not even in Texas or Florida.

I suppose it's just my paranoia getting the better of me. Still, while it's all down I can make some alterations to my room in any case. I guess I just want to safer, that's all. I'd like to know the most effective methods to prevent thermal heat leakage.

This is not America, shooting him isn't an option. Not that I own a gun. But thank's for your input
