Advice Please...Soil,e.t.c.

Hi Guys.
Im going to be starting my 3rd grow in a cpl of days and for the first time using good soil and nutes.
I have all-mix soil that i was intending to mix in 20% perlite and i will be using topmax and biobloom.
None of the above products i have evr used before.
I also have bat guano kicking around from my last grow.
Could anyone advise me on how to use these products in conjunction with each other and also if there is anything else i should be using?

What is in "All-mix" soil? 20% perlite is good, nutes are good, just follow the directions on the bottle. Start out slow with nutes.

There are no instructions on the bottle and i am just finding conflicting advice anywhere else.
I need advice from somebody who is or has used these products.
