Advice please

Hello all. I recently posted a thread about the leave tips curling at the edges and looking really rigid.
Someone advised me that it could be heat stress and to be honest that's what it looks like however I fear it's not that and could be something worse. I just havnt a clue what.
It seems even new leaves that are coming through are very small & wrinkly. These plants arnt blooming like I would expect it's like they are really struggling. Deffinatly noticing a stunt in growth.

I have moved my light slightly further away and got the room temperature from 26'c down to 23. Humidity is a little high at 70%.
Light is a 250w hps
Soil is at a ph of 5.5 - 6.0
No nutes yet, they are 19 days in veg.

I would appreciate all your help as I want to act fast and wanted to make this the perfect one :(!
Thanks

Maybe post this on HPS lighting . I'm a led guy but to me they look light heat/light stress. Maybe root problems. Check to see if your root bound

You say soil is at a ph,how are u measuring it, 2 prong cheapo from HD?

What's your watering/feed ph at
Soil?
Nutes?
Light distance now?

I had a cheap 2 prong thing in the past and diddnt rate it so I spent £30 on this thing I've got, it's a single prong soil survey thing.
Soil is verve that you get from b&q.
No nutrients yet as I diddnt want to panic add nutes and that not be the problem.
Light is just under a meter away from the top of the plant.
Watering ph is 5.0
And after checking the soil again today, ph is down to 5.0

Ok I'll make some corrections! Man I'll be so happy if this saves them! Thanks mate appreciate the advice!

Poor ventilation, plants are recovering from heat stress. Need to constantly monitor your light distance, every 1-2 days

Ok mate thank you I'll improve ventilation too. I feel like I've probably ruined these autos. They havnt changed in size in 3 or 4 days
