Advise on indoorgrow in hot environment

Hey,

I live in asia since a few years back and im so tired of the bad bushweed they sell here so I want to grow my own.
Heat is a huge problem though, usually we have around 28-30 dec celcius, during some days up to 35 so that is something I need to keep in mind.

I could put up a grow tent in my bedroom, have an air con installed to control some of the heat but I can not have it running all day long.

What do you people say about:
Dr90 with 400w hps or Dr120 with a 600w? Does the extra space in a Dr120 make up for the extra heat a 600w put out?

How many plants can I fit in each tent?

I grow most for personal use but also supply some close friends. Im having a hard time to decide wether i go for Dr90 or the bigger one.

have you thought about growing nocternally, so your lights would be on from say 2000-1200, when its coolest ouside.
i had a dr120 for my second grow with a 600w and it was fine, you will need an extracter to get that heat out of the room though. i would defanitly suggest it over the 90.
as for the amount of plants thats about as much as a piece of string, obviously it all depends on how your growing the size of the plants etc. i had 10 plants in mine and was fine but i was using soil. i mean if you were using say nft of aero its really a matter of how many you want.

Thanks for your replies guys. I realized my post were a big vague.

I would like to go for the 120 but since i travel around every now and then I strugle with excess luggage. The benefits of a small setup which is easier to carry around win over a few more buds to harvest i assume. But i also know that heat are a common problem when growing in tents which a lager tent might handle better.

I plan to have the lights on night time when it´s a little bit cold outside. Usually we have about 25 deg celcius nighttime so it is still hot compared to europe where I have been growing before.
I had a 60x60x160 tent, 250w hps and 4 plants scrog. Think that grow yeld me about 350-400g of dry quality buds. Not really any problem with heat there because it were during winter. Therefore I have not really any experience growing in warmer climates.

Ofc it is difficult to say how many plants that can fit in the tent, i´ve heard all from 4 to 20 plants depending on what tecnique thats beeing used and strain/pheno.
Dan, How many plants did you have and how much did you yeld in you dr120?

Feel free to share your experience with the Dr90/Dr120 to help me decide. Feels like im going to buy the dr90 but i like to ball ideas with other ppl.

Choosing a heat tolerant suitable strain will also help.

400 grams off a 250w HPS? Cough****bullshit**** cough. Air conditioning my friend is the only answer. I would be very very careful growing weed in Asia, depending on where you are at, you can get in some serious serious trouble. Like I would never wish that on anyone kind of trouble
