advise please, much appreciated

Please people can you advise me,

a tent 4 feet by 4 feet there is a cfl light dual 300watts.

tent has a few open whole for air circulation and a normal fan in it. I am alo in the room pretty much 24/7.

first question even though i am not looking direct in light and its in a tent, but 2 big wholes is that bad for my eyes?

I am hearing hps much better than cfl, if i swtch to hps in the tent, will this be worse for my eyes as i am hearing hps lights are more dangours.

so really what i am asking if i am in room 24/7 tent closed but 2 x 3 inch holes always open, is this bad for my eyes, is hps lights much worse?

Also with hps lights do i need to buy different builbs like red and blude or is it just one bulb for entire growth.

Also could you kindly advise what power hps for a 4 feet by 4 feet tent will be safe enough.

I am worried to switching to hps because of dangour to my eyes as i am always in room.

So sorry for noob questions and advise.

I dont think you will have an issue with your eyes unless you stare at the holes. However you will have issues with hermie from light leakage. PS I'm no inside grow guru just my assumption

Fit some kind of flexible tube in the hole and put a 90* bend in it...air will pass through but light won't...g/l
