aerating water

Does anyone aerate their water in a soil grow?

I was thinking it can only be a good thing - run an airstone in the water for say 30 minutes before giving it to my plants. Maybe get a little of that growth boost from all that extra oxygen like that those hydro guys get? :)

When I grew in soil I did it, for a few hours before I watered them on the days I knew I would feed them.

Also if you are feeding them guanos it's good to bubble your guano tea before you give it to them. I don't know if it really helps all that much but it did seem like it drained faster compare to non aerated water when I poured it in the dirt.

You can see the air bubbles in it :-|
