Wow.. I think I had my HPS way too close to the ladies for the first week. I was thinking damn this new electronic ballast and vented hood combo I bought isnt as bright as my old HPS. I moved the light up away from the plants and WOW much more penetration. I musta been killing the poor girls concentrating that much light onto em no wonder my new growth was shriveling. Now its about 2ft above and OH so bright. Pics in couple days I think the SLH has grown about 6" in week half of flowering.

Well plants seem to like the new light position and the 1100-1200 ppm bloom mix a lot better. Seem to be back on track, SLH is stretching bigger by the day, but I am worried about taking leaves off it cause I am not sure which ones to take off. I think I am going to post it in beginners thread for some answers.

The AK47 is doing good but not showing any signs of sex yet!
I did germinate this a week later then the SLH1.

Great news!! SLH #1 has flowers forming!!! SO EXCITED!! All over they are a popping! First time I seen this growing as my last grow went 3/4 way they had to stop it (I @!*&@! with it too much). So this is uncharted territory, and I am so excited.
The 2nd SLH is now in flower for 3 days and already showing hairs! I took 3 baby clones off her before, they might be a tad small so we will see. Just in case I put Critical + seed and Cloud 9 seed in germ last nite. I also ordered some Tangerine Dream and AK47 from the Tude yesterday.
The AK is not showing sex yet, it was a bag seed so dont know how good seed it was. We will see..
PPM is still at 1100-1200 and will probably be changed tomorrow. Ph is at steady 5.8 and I added Great White to flower mix yesterday. I wish I had the Great White during the veg cycle but better late then never.

Well couple days ago the AK-47 had hairs and seeds popping, so it was a hermie. Since it was a bag seed I probably had the trait genetically inbred, bah hate to waste so much time and money on crap seeds anymore. Throwing all the bag seeds I kept away and going with good strains I get from the Tude from now on. The two SLH are going great and the elder one has bud sites ALL over and will post pics end of weekend, with new report.
I added more water today as they are drinking about gallon or so every two days now, so excited!

Ok guys update time! Bad news first .. as you might now the AK47 was a hermie and had to put her down since I didn't want it messing with my true females on the Super Lemon Haze in the flower room. Sad but the chance you take with bad seeds.. probably last bag seed I grow.
My attitude shipment should be here today with my real Ak47 Feminized and Tangerine Dream, will post a mini update when that comes in.

Ph is solid 5.8 and between next res change will be doing 24 hour clearex flush before continuing the nutes. Probably this Sunday. This sunday will be end of 4 weeks in flower too so about 6 more weeks I think till she ready we will see.

Cleaned reservoir this morning filled with 2 gallons of RO water and 60ml clearex gonna run for 24 hours and pour in fresh nutes in morning. It was getting pretty nasty so sucked it all up with my bucket-head and cleaned with paper towels now looks like new again. I was going to wait until Sunday but I needed to add water today as getting pretty low, they are slurping up a ton of water now. Might as well do change today then.
PH was at 5.8 when I changed if it's up substantially tonight before lights out I will change it tonight but if still about 6 I will let it run threw the night.

Since then I bought a paint mixer for my cordless drill and seems to mix it a lot better before adding it. Drained and cleaned it also did a 12 hour clearex run for the plants and now it reads 1200-1300 ppm with 5.8ph. The look as happy as ever and getting so snowy.. I am so excited.
Today is 30 days in flower... they look so much different I can hardly believe it.

Update time.. both Super Lemon Haze are growing like weeds (no pun intended). I am at 1200ppm for both and ph still at 5.8 rock solid. Topped of reservoir this week as I just flushed a week ago so no need, drinking about 2-3 gallons per week for just two plants.

It takes some incredible close ups, these are a tad blurry as I was trying to balance my laptop and take pictures (will try to figure out a way to only hold scope) but they still look amazing for checking trichomes.

Update:
Checked the tri's again today still clear all over although the hairs are turning brown at a rapid pace all over. Everyone says to watch the trichromes instead of hairs so thats what I am doing and they are still clear. They should be as its only 43 days into flower, probably another 3 weeks to go. The main colas look like they are bulking up like on steroids, so its gotta be getting close. The one main cola that is directly under the lights is the biggest at close to a pop can size now, ummm yummy!
Getting so excited I can hardly wait, its been so long with this but it smells amazing like a citrus skunky odor, nothing like I have smelled before as I only could get dirt weed here.
PPM of the mix is still at 1200 or so, and PH is 5.8-5.9 steady. I installed my new 400w Digilux bulb today it definitely looks brighter and not as yellowish then the plain bulb that came with my 400W package. We will see how the plant responds to it in the coming weeks.
